Protocol for Transformation
Reaction Protocol
- Prepare competent cell(100ul aliquot) + 10ul Vector with insert gene
- Mixture tube(110ul) in ice 20 min for ligation
- Heat shock at 42℃ 1 min 30 sec
- Quenching in ice shortly
- add SOC broth media 600ul
- Incubation at 37℃
